My SP4 i7 16GB RAM 512GB SSD suffers from the screen flicker since the last UEFI update (July 2017, 107.1741.768.0). At least I noticed it for the first time a few weeks ago after using my SP4 for a few hours under heavy load. I have warranty until march 2018. But I would like Microsoft to present a permanent solution to this problem. A refurbished replacement will have the same problem too, ie it is a hardware or UEFI problem.
