Flicker Gate

Hi, I purchased a SP4 in June 2016 – Core i7 16Gb 1TB HDD Windows 10 I tried every suggested fix, and wasted hundreds of hours trying to resolve the problem. It has cost my business thousands of dollars in downtime as my SP4 was unusable. Microsoft are trying to ignore the problem in hope that it will go away.
