My symptoms aren’t as severe as other users, so it doesn’t show on photos very well, but my whole screen becomes blurry with a slight shaking, vibrating motion until something on the screen moves (mouse cursor, video etc.). The issue started a couple days after installing the Windows Fall Creators Update, and is somewhat connected to higher CPU loads. Thanks for the initiative and I hope this helps!
