Its really a shame for Microsoft that they are totally disregarding the issue of flickering screen for Surface Pro. Reputable people and companies does not treat there customers like this.
There is no fix for this issue and a temporary rescue is to freeze the tablet.
Leave surface pro with flickering problem to start flickering.
Then just put it in freeze and watch it… after maximum one minute flickering stops
