I have had my Surface since June 2016 and started to encounter the issue around September 2017. It flickers when there is nothing moving on the screen but it seems to have started flickering when things are moving on the screen, but I am hoping this is temporary because it only just started a few minutes before I wrote this message. It seems to go away when I turn on a fan and put it behind my Surface, but it is still annoying as I cannot afford to return the Surface and get it replaced at the moment.
