First of all thank you for raising this issue. My hope is that Microsoft fixes this problem. My experience:
This has been going on intermittently for about a year. The bottom strip of screen flickers unless I move the mouse of type. It starts as an annoyance and progresses to the entire screen begins to flicker. I am always current with patches and updates. I don’t know what else to do. This kills an otherwise awesome experience with the Surface Pro 4. I will not buy another one if this cannot be addressed and fixed. Anyone know of any class action suit over this?
